Dr. Claussen is a great doctor, he is kind, knowledgeable, understanding, willing to spend the time we need with him and very caring! And his nurse Jessica is the Best! She kindly greets us, smiles, is always willing to print off my husband's test results for us when we ask and returns our calls promptly. We are very, very happy to have the care that we do! Dr. Claussen and Jessica, thank you for going beyond your duties!!

Fell off a ladder, care provided by the day staff in the ER on July 17th was amazing quick to make sure u was ok than very efficient. Thank you all so much. I had to have my stitches out today and I went back to the ER . Again what an amazing staff. Thank you

Just got my first colonoscopy and the team was very professional and caring answered all my questions

Totally forgot to charge my phone and really used restroom (I'm traveling)stop by at 10pm emergency entrance, asking staff to use restroom and charge my phone. She's allowed me with no attitude really appreciated didn't got chance to asking her name.

I gave birth here recently, and all the nurses during labor and after delivery were so attentive and caring. The other medical personnel were great too. Their birthing suite is real nice, I love that my baby didn’t have to be taken from the room for anything. They gave my husband and me a lovely celebration lunch. I felt my baby and I were well taken care of.
We had to take my elderly father into the ER at Valor Health and the staff was awesome. The nurse, Lisa, is especially great. She knows her job well and is kind and fun. She was ready and willing to do anything she could to make my dad more comfortable.
