I was in the ICU following brain surgery and I was in a lot of pain when I woke up. All of the nursing staff were compassionate and very attentive to me! I was checked on every hour and they kept me distracted by talking to me about their families and pets.Dr Rennert and his entire staff including the OR team are simply wonderful! I felt cared for and important even though they had a lot of other patients.

I recently had to go to the hospital a few times and met 2 separate doctors for counseling. Both of them were really nice and attentive. They took time to explain me everything and answer my questions. The general areas were very clean and hand sanitizers were available every where. The staff I interacted with were very friendly.

I had my baby here this week and the entire time I felt very well taken care of. The nurses here are the very best. I went in for an induction and Chandra took care of me and my husband all night in l&d. Making sure I was comfortable and encouraging me thru the hard moments. The maternity & nb team was awesome making sure my pain was controlled and my son was taken care of. I didn't feel ignored or judged at all. The discharge process was kind of frustrating but they got us out as soon as possible. If I ever have another baby I'm definitely coming back.

The nurses and staff were all so kind and helpful. I feel like the doctors that I saw were actually invested in my care instead of just trying to get me out the door. Night and day experience compared to IHC as well. If you have a choice, go to the U and avoid IHC like the plague
