I was referred here from UC Health Urgent care. Was not even aware we had a brand new hospital and ER on N. Academy. A busy morning, yet everyone, starting with reception, was exceptional. They had already been notified and I was pre-admitted almost immediately. Nursing staff in the ER and the CT Scan folks were fast and professional, yet very caring and friendly. Dr. KIm walks on water and eats fire in my book on exceptional emergency medical care and diagnosis. 5 Thumbs Up for staff and ER physician!

I am a retired nurse. I had foot surgery at this facility and wanted to let people know how positively impressed I was. They went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. Procedures were in place to prevent any possibility of infection. A thorough explanation of what was to happen and when was done which exceeded my expectations. The anesthesia department kept me safe and pain free. Cleanliness was impeccable. I highly recommend UC Health Grandview.

Morgan at the front desk was very cordial and professional. She got us checked in faster than I even thought was possible. Justine was our nurse and helped my toddler understand what needed to happen next and helped make her comfortable with the collection of the needed sample. Dr.Collins made sure we understood what was going on and spoke to us about the prescription he filled out. Every interaction I had at GrandView was a clinic in customer service and expertise. Thank you!

This was the most pleasant hospital stay I've ever had, and I've had several. Every single member of faculty and staff was ultra- professional, displayed stellar attitudes, and, even though they are short-staffed, treated me as though I was the only patient on the floor. I can't sing their praises enough. The food was so good, I almost wish I could have stayed longer!!

Staff was fantastic. Dr. Adam, nurse Carrie and radiology tech Becca were all upbeat and friendly. They showed great care and compassion when working with my teenage daughter. Should the need arise we will absolutely come back to this location!
Was admitted for blood transfusions, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The hospital is nice and well-kept, and the rooms are large and seem very new. I had a large window that let in a lot of light, which was nice and helped it seem less medical.
