My family has unfortunately, but fortunately come into this ER a few times the last few months. I am surprised with how efficient they work and the moral with the staff is very high, which in turn has always given my family a very positive experience. I never thought I’d be rating any ER with 5 stars, but it is such a comforting feeling knowing they are there and reliable in any emergency situation

This place was fantastic! The staff were so kind to my 8-year-old. Every single person who interacted with her was amazing. They were so quick getting us out of there. I can't even get out of a regular doctor's office that quickly, but this place, which is an Emergency Room, where x-rays and other procedures were needed for her treatment, got us in and out in record time.

Our dog got out and luckily had a registered microchip. We were out looking for her that morning and received a call that she was found and brought to the Powers Pet Emergency and Specialty Clinic. We drove there immediately and picked up our girl. Could not have been more thankful for the staff and the call.

The front office staff were kind, friendly, welcoming, and efficient. We were seen in a timely manner, and the medical staff were kind and patient with my child who had some anxiety about his care. They helped him feel more at ease and were very efficient and effective with treatment. Highly recommend!

Really great experience here. Everyone from the nurse at the front counter to the ultrasound tech and physician on duty was superb. I was taken back in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was highly knowledgeable. Everything about my visit was good.
The nurses, the doctor, and even the front desk/discharge desk treated me amazingly and swiftly. I was in and out of the ER within an hour. I didn't feel rushed at any point and each person I interacted with took the time to hear everything I was saying with patience and then explain everything in a way I could understand. The staff was extremely gentle and I felt really taken care of as opposed to every single emergency room I've ever been to where they treat you as if you're an inconvenience in their day. I will come to this emergency room for all future visits.
