I visited the emergency department Sunday night and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the care I received. The nurses were very kind and efficient. They checked on me often and did what they could to make me feel as comfortable as you can be in an ED. Dr. Sapp addressed my concerns and explained the course of action he wanted to take with my treatment and why. He put my mind at ease and took the time to answer my questions. I’m proud and thankful to have a hospital like Twin County in our small community. Keep up the amazing work!

I recently had a procedure at TCRH in the OPS Department & the care I received was exceptional. From Peggy in admissions to Debbie, Josie, Emma, Suzanne, Angel (Anesthesia ) & Dr. Clark. I could not have felt more safe and cared for. It’s difficult going from being the one providing care to patients to the one receiving the care but it’s a blessing to have people like this who love their job and provide this exceptional care to all patients that enter their door. May God bless you all always!

Whitney Kirby was in charge of my bone density test. She was pleasant, gentle and performed her job quite professionally and efficiently. My mammogram was performed by Kim and she was also very pleasant and professional. Once back there things were efficiently and quickly but not rushed and I actually left only 7 minutes after my last procedure was scheduled to start.

Had an OP procedure done. Josie and Becky were excellent. Unlike the larger hospitals, I did not feel like a transactional science experiment. They made me feel like more than a patient. I felt like their own family who saw to my every need and comfort. Thankful they were my nurses on duty. Highly recommend.

I wanted to share what a wonderful experience it was to interact with the case management department of Twin County Regional Hospital. This case management department is without a doubt one of the most caring, knowledgeable and professional departments I have had the pleasure of meeting. In particular, I would like to commend Rhonda Roberts, who was able to help me with an issue that I have been dealing with for months. She was able to help me resolve this issue, and should be commended for her exemplary efforts. This hospital should consider themselves very blessed to have such a great staff.

My son was injured on the job 10/22/2023 and was taken to Twin County Hospital by ambulance. I wish to thank all the employees that were working that night, because they were caring, kind, and compassionate when it counted the most. The staff starting with patient access and ending with the discharge nurse were the best. Thank you all for taking such good care of him .
