    I don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews. Everyone was incredibly nice. Both nurses that drew my blood got the needle in first try. I felt like I was asking a lot of "stupid" questions but all the nurses and doctors were so nice.

    I delivered at Tracy Sutter Hospital 2 weeks ago today; I was a bit nervous going in as I was unsure what to expect; the lack of reviews I was able to find regarding the L&D department as well as the lack of great reviews regarding the hospital in general made me even more uneasy..

    I've always had good experiences overall. Particularly because anytime we need to visit the ER it's usually not a good situation (obviously ). Today was really exceptional though. My daughter was having a reaction to something or what appeared to be an asthma attack . From start to finish she received optimal care. I was especially impressed with the nurses. I felt at peace and I completely trusted that they were truly going out of their way to make sure her breathing was under control .
