This little guy arrived early, the staff were incredible. The care for not only mom but for the entire family as a whole was amazing. This was a complicated pregnancy and the staff handled it like the pros that they are. The compassion and service were second to none. Every one is so thankful that although this was plan B - Maine Med was the original plan - the care and service far surpassed And sometimes the 2nd option turns out to be the best

Caring professionals associated with Maine med and teaching hospitals. Good experience with family members coming for diagnostic and imaging procedures. Some good experience in emergency also ( although I wish they had an urgent care service in addition to emergency like at Bridgeton). And if you're there during a meal time, very good cafe services. It is a cornerstone of the community.

Brought my wife in for a severe dog bite to her hand that required eight stitches. It was a busy night and we had a long wait but were treated with great care. Hand surgeon we saw later said the ER doctor did a great job and my wife's hand is healing very well. Big thanks to Dr. Kerr.

Excellent care from nurses to doctors and everyone in between. My son broke his foot skiing. From the moment the ambulance took him to the hospital, he was like the member of everyone's family, treated with care and respect. The place is super clean, and they made sure my son and myself were comfortable, had everything we needed, and kept informed. I could not be happier and more grateful for the services received at this hospital.
Great nurses and doctors in the ER. Always pleasant professional and thorough. Never fun to be in the ER but they are great. Thankful they appear well staffed after such a demanding period of time due to COVID and also still servicing the community’s needs.
