Over this period, STAR has experienced significant growth, currently operating a fleet of 19 ambulances, 2 Off-Road Rescue vehicles, and employing over 100 individuals, including EMTs, Paramedics, Dispatchers, Billing Staff, Mechanics, and Management Staff.
Presently, STAR operates from 7 stations, ensuring continuous coverage 24/7, 365 days a year. The services provided by them include state-award-winning Emergent, Non-Emergent, Special Event, Bariatric, and Critical Care Ambulance transport. It is noteworthy that they are the preferred ambulance provider for esteemed healthcare institutions like Franciscan Health - Crawfordsville, Hendricks Regional Health Hospitals in Brownsburg and Danville, Putnam County Hospital, and St. Vincent Clay. Furthermore, they play a significant role as the on-site EMS for some of the world's largest off-road motor races, such as the Lucas Oil Motocross and the GNCC Ironman Championship race. Lastly, they are dedicated to education, with State Certified Primary Instructors conducting multiple EMT and EMR courses at their facilities each year.
