Im shock !! This is my first time in this hospital and I’m so thankful for everything that they did with my daughter, reception , nurses and the Dr . Are completely supportive and caring . Definitely this is my to go place in the future for any emergency care. After a long day and worried about my daughter health one of the nurses went and make a coffee for my husband and my self . I never got this kind of care before . As a parent all we wants is our kids to get the right treatment and caring and this Hospital have the most caring staff. I’m so blessed find a hospital that cares for their patients . Definitely 100% recommend it !!! You can’t tell that everyone is a team player and they love what they do !!! ( for the patients … you are Call patient because you need to have PATIENCE .. every hospital that you go to wait time is 4 hrs ) unless you are dying is completely different) Everywhere you go is short staff everyone is doing their best , ).

I was in here a few weeks ago for an injury that my son had and needed stitches for. I then spent a Saturday evening in here with appendicitis. All of the staff were super friendly to me and kept me comfortable. I had emergency surgery. So many people were there on their day off, but not one person had a bad attitude. I witnessed many people being rude and yelling at the nurses, but they remained calm and did their duties. I am thankful for the good service I got and although I would rather stay out of the hospital, I know I will be in good hands if I have to be there.

Went in Labor Day evening at 9pm with severe abdominal pain to the ER. Was seen immediately and had labs done with a CT scan. Diagnosed within an hour and was admitted by 10pm. Had an MRI the next morning and diagnosis was confirmed and surgery was performed at 5pm that day. The ER staff was attentive and caring, the 3 West staff was amazing and Dr. Powell, the anesthesiologist was one of the best providers I've ever had take care of me. Dr. D'Addio did a wonderful job on my surgery and I was discharged on Wednesday afternoon. This was my first time at Stafford hospital and I was very impressed with the level of care they provided. I've been in health care for 23 years and I will absolutely go back to Stafford Hospital for all of my health care needs.

I delivered my second child at Stafford Hospital on Friday and I had the best experience. I was taken to triage where I expressed I wanted to attempt a VBAC and the nurse was super supportive. She massaged my back through my contractions. Within minutes I was taken to a delivery room where my nurse Heather Little took great care of me. She coached me through contractions and breathing, helped me change positions if I needed and gave me encouragement when I was in so much pain. My doctor was Chana-Rivka Abramson(sp?) and she was also wonderful. She explained what to expect thoroughly and was supportive of my wishes. They both made me feel so comfortable and made my labor and delivery a fantastic experience. I’m so happy they were my team to deliver my baby.

Showed up at 2am with our 10 month old son who was running a very high fever and suspected virus. Short wait to get back to see the nurses, who were quick to get a plan from the overnight doctor and begin administering meds to help. Very appreciative of the midnight staff (10/24 to 10/25) for being very patient, caring, and professional. ER’s are notorious for long waits, ie “hurry up and wait.” It is what it is imo.

The first time at this hospital for the ER, wait time wasen't that bad, and it shows that staff really care about their patients. They were quick to treat the pain of my gallstones and referred to especialist. Thank you.
