St. Davids North Austin Medical Center

All of the staff was really great! Very helpful and attentive. We, of course, saw a ton of different nurses throughout our stay, but they were all wonderful. Taylor, that saw us all the way up to delivery was great in monitoring myself and baby. Unfortunately she wasn't able to deliver due to end of shift but Kate, that took over, was great too! Lactation, Patti, was amazing in helping me through the first couple days and the nurse that saw us through discharge, Kimberly, was a huge help with baby and myself all the way until we got baby in the car safely. The entire staff was great to work with and I'm thankful my OB partners with St. David's. With it being my first pregnancy, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect, but every encounter was helpful and/or informative to get me through the labor and delivery of my first son. We're very grateful for St. David's North!

As of a couple of weeks ago, I had a 21 day stay in this facility. I have to say that each and every day of my stay there was an unbelievable experience. I was on the 3rd floor Neurological/Surgical wing, rm 348 to be precise, and EVERY member of the staff were some of the most professional, compassionate, endearing, comforting, kind people I have ever meet. The nursing staff, all 3 shifts are INCREDIBLE! My doctors and surgeons.... Unmatched! From the bottom of my heart..... I THANK YOU ALL! And would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone for their medical needs and journeys🙏❤️

Labor & Delivery, NICU and Antepartum - what a wonderful team my daughter had in dealing with necessary early delivery! The staff in these three areas are fantastic. Very caring and all about the patient! Best hospital experience I seen delivered!

I was checked in quickly. The mammogram tech was super friendly and helped make me feel comfortable. She explained everything she was doing, so that I could understand the process. Thank you for easing me through what could have been an uncomfortable visit.

My L&D nurse Karen was absolutely amazing! I don’t think I would’ve been able to make it through without her! Then my postpartum nurse Alina was absolutely amazing and very supportive even though we were always in the NICU visiting our little man. Every person who helped take care of me and my son were phenomenal! When it comes time to do it all again I would definitely choose here!

I had an excellent experience on my surgery day. All the staff was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The nurses were awesome! Everyone was very professional. Hospital room was clean. It was a positive experience overall!

Clean facility and nice staff. As I was having an X-ray for an injured knee, it would have been nice to have seating in the registration area. Overall, ease of access; I was in/out in a very fast time midday. No appointment was required.
