Overview

Speare Memorial Hospital, an expansive 100,000 square foot Critical Access Hospital nestled in the heart of New Hampshire, seamlessly connects the picturesque Lakes Region. Easily accessible from exits 25 and 26 off Interstate 93, approximately 25 minutes from Lincoln, Meredith, Wentworth, and Bristol. Speare Memorial Hospital embarked on a transformative renovation and expansion initiative.

The focal point of this project was the consolidation of frequently utilized outpatient registration and services, including Laboratory, Radiology, Oncology, Cardiac Rehab, Cardiopulmonary, Surgical Services, and Dietary Services. Now centrally located off the lobby at the main entrance, this restructuring significantly enhances the convenience for both patients and visitors.

This strategic approach not only streamlines access but also upholds the paramount importance of patient privacy. The overarching objective was to centralize services, expand health and wellness programs, and integrate state-of-the-art advances in medicine and technology, solidifying Speare Memorial Hospital's position as a leader in innovative and patient-centric healthcare delivery.

    Great care provided by Dr Seefeld, Paramedic Bob and others in the ER. I arrived with one known issue and they discovered 2 other related issues. The lab tests and CT scan were done quickly to allow my treatments to begin. High praise to all.

    I went to the Polar Caves slipped on rock and unknown if I dislocated my finger or broke it. A lot of people waiting ahead of me, thought I would be there a long time. Line moved quickly and I was in. C.Richards was EXCELLENT and along with nurses and rad techs. My funky finger was just dislocated. It was put in place and we went back to caves. Wonderful staff, friendly atmosphere. Above and beyond service. Thank you all who I met.

    Our daughter in law suffered a broken leg. She was admitted to Speare Memorial for treatment. Our son stayed with here the entire time. The staff was just awesome.
