I went in on July 31 for a double hernia operation. The entire staff of nurses were outstanding. They took away my fears, explained everything clearly, were genuinely concerned, and thourogh They even called post op to check on me. And just today I received a card in the mail, signed by all the nurses. I’m AMAZED !! Thank you all!!

I can't say enough about this hospital! My dad was transferred here from Franklin County Hospital for surgery on a broken hip. He arrived late Saturday night and they did the surgery first thing Sunday morning. (Which was a surprise in itself) The staff was AMAZING!! Dom at the front entrance was very kind and helpful. (My dad has 3 daughters and we can be a handful ;) His surgeon called my sister to give her an update and when he realized we were all in the waiting room he made a point to come right out to talk with us. Very nice! He spent 5 days there and everyone on his floor was so accomodating and answered all of our questions and concerns. Did I mention we can be a handful?! ;).

Went here last night for some chest pain, I was in the waiting area for three hours but that’s just how an ER is they had to get some beds ready and available. When I go into my triage room my nurses Colin H and James C were absolutely fantastic, they are personable, they kept me up-to-date with everything with what’s going on, gave me medicine to feel better they made the experience great. My doctor Dr. Michael Burla was amazing as well he recommended me some medication to feel better and explained what medication does for my body and the whole process was great got to leave the emergency room at 4 AM and I am happy with the results. Will go back here again.

The emergency room staff were phenomenal considering our family's situation. I am so grateful to the staff, nurses and doctors The staff on the fourth floor, all the nurses, cna, techs, doctors, case managers and Chaplin were all extremely supportive, kind, loving and most informative about our stay. Thank you to the entire staff. I am sure you should all be wearing capes.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Triage, registrar, administration, techs and clinical staff.... What a team! You have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Don't let the negative reviews of a few sway your judgment. In my 20 years working in healthcare, this is the best ER care I've received. What an amazing team!! Thanks for taking such great care of me.

Had a good experience there with my 3 year old in the ER. Triage got us in and out under 3 hours. I could tell they were extremely busy and understaffed, which is the story everywhere. They were professional and courteous from the guy who checked us in, to the respiratory therapist to the ER Dr.
