Went to the ER last night and my nurse Jamie was phenomenal. Very kind and supportive. The ultrasound tech was not nice at all though. But Jamie is a rockstar, even at 2 in the morning.

I spoke with the nursing manager regarding my visit and he’s relaying the concerns to upper management. To hopefully address this minor issue. Very pleased with the return of calls from the Patient Advocate. And nursing manager to address this minor problem. Giving them 5 stars based on their concern to improve patient care!

After having a horrific experience at Ochsner Northshore I was so scared to end up in the ER again. Slidell Memorial was night and day difference. I was treated with respect and kindness from all of the staff. I was having a debilitating panic attack and one of the women from registration stopped and spoke with me for over an hour. She told me about her own battles with anxiety and panic attacks and made sure I knew I was not alone.

Labor and delivery team are awesome. Melissa and Kim in post partum make the experience amazing and are so helpful!
I just had my son on the 12th and I couldn't me more grateful for the staff in labor/delivery! Especially Madison and Heather ! They were both exceptional and helped me through what I can now say was the best experience of my life! I went through 26 hours of labor and if it wasn't for the two of them alone , I probably would've had to have a C-section. Heather has such a great personality and sense of humor. Madison is unbelievably caring and so resourceful !
