Overview

They strive to deliver the utmost quality of pre-hospital emergency medical care to both residents and visitors in Sevier County. Business office hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Recognized as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) rated ambulance service by the Tennessee Division of EMS, they operate nine ALS-equipped ambulances 24 hours a day, handling around 16,000 service requests annually.

    They transport to Knoxville UT if it's an emergency or if that is where your general care is. Mainly they stick within Sevier County and go to Leconte.
