Very professional and the nurses and doctor were very nice and quick, I had X-rays and CT scan of my head elbow and back and leg. All turned out negative and no brain bleed. All showed signs of empathy for my pain and discomfort… I love St. Al’s and have received wonderful care when in their hospital every time would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a M.R.I., CT SCAN, X-RAY, Blood Work, basically the whole nine yards. I found that each procedure was done quickly and professionally. All Nurses, Employees, and Doctors were extremely Friendly, and very knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and secure that I had nothing to fear. Best dang ER I have ever been to in my 65 years.

The triage nurse was amazing and kind. The nurses and doctor (Kroll) following in the ER unit were professional. I really felt that my opinion mattered. They showed genuine care and concern for me. Turns out it wasn’t appendicitis but a UTI and they still showed great care despite my embarrassment and shame. I hope everyone gets a great ER response as I had.

We went to the ER at @9pm Saturday. Check-in was quick and friendly - as easy as any hotel reception I have ever used. 3 minutes total time. I think we were the only ones there so the wait was less than 5 minutes. The next stop was triage - again, friendly and professional. Then on to a treatment room where first a nurse and then the physician treated me. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the experience.

Best ER Ive ever been in. I was seen quickly. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I have been in the hospital a lot over the last month and this was probably my best experience. I liked the layout of the ER- it was easy for staff and patients to navigate. Above all I appreciated how quickly I was seen. Hopefully I don’t need to go into the ER again any time soon but when I do, this will be my preferred location.

It was amazing!!! Usually when I go to the emergency room they don’t listen, they don’t care about my concerns. But each and everyone that helped me listened and did amazing at their job! Plus made me laugh a ton which helped with not feeling well. I will definitely be coming back to this emergency if I ever need to again.
Visiting from Georgia for Thanksgiving and had to take my 10 month old son to the ER for the first time. Great experience. Our visit was quick and everyone was professional and pleasant. Thank you to the staff for serving their community on Thanksgiving. We are very grateful.
