Full marks to the Ambos who attended me recently. I had double bacterial pneumonia , asthma, plus a virus. They took all of 5 minutes to arrive and start working on me (couldn't breathe). They knew exactly what to do. regards Darrel (Craigmore)

You guys are incredible.. the job you do is so amazing. Habe had to call ambulance twice this month.. my husband was taken to Lyell mac. A couple of weeks ago. He didn't have all the text book symptoms but you made the right call. MRI showed he had 3 strokes. . Was in hospital for 4 days, came home appearing well but then days later had same symptoms ... called ambulance again even though I was unsure if I needed to? But again you guys made the right call. . They treated it as code stroke and sure enough he'd had another stroke.. Ian is doing well now thanks to you. Many many thanks I wish i could remember the names of the ambo teams. First one was 2 girls. And I rode in front with one with sir name Schutlz and the second time team was a guy and girl.. we remember the name Dan and Amanda. I hope you know because we send our heartfelt appreciation for your help and good judgement. Best wishes Ian and Deanne Gow-Smith
