Recently had our little girl here and the staff was the best. They were accommodating, helpful, and respectful. The nurses, doctors, and my midwife obgyn, was outstanding. I never wanted to have another child after this one, and after the care I received I plan on having another baby. Thank you all!

My mother was admitted here the later part of October. Unfortunately she passed away at home November 3rd. But the staff here showed such care and compassion. One who sticks out is Molly. She was so cheerful and helpful! Hospice was a great experience as well. My mother could not have gotten better care anywhere else I truly believe.

I was traveling with my elderly mother when she had a serious health issue. The paramedics in the ambulance brought us here. I am completely amazed at the professionalism and respect that we received from the receptionist in the ER right through to the discharge nurse who helped my mother into our vehicle were the politest and Caring , compassionate I have ever encountered in a hospital setting. My mother was seen by 2 separate Doctors, Both of them weee outstanding with fantastic bedside manners. I cannot say enough good about our experience. Great job.

If I could give The Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital a 10 star rating, I would! Surgeon Doctor Charles Goldstein performed a inguinal hernia repair. He, his assistant Ericka, the hospital staff from time of entry to leaving, could not have been nicer. Saundra, Morgan and Pam became new friends. I had very little discomfort post surgery, in less than one week, I have no pain. An institution by which all hospitals and medical campuses should be measured. I had a horrific experience decades earlier at a hospital in Princeton, NJ. In contrast to a rural Virginia location, the Princeton facility receives on average 2 stars. If I could give the NJ facility a negative scale, I would. Check out my review, you will learn why. I cannot recommend more highly The Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital, Doctor Goldstein, his staff and the entire amazingly wonderful community of support staff and nurses.

I'll give 5 stars based on the compassionate clinicians treating inpatients. And the landscaping company that did this new facility did a beautiful job. ER desk girls are rude and the construction on this new facility shows some flaws. We changed rooms twice due to poor workmanship in the inpatient wetrooms. One had a broken shower head. The next had a curtain rod coming out of a cracked tile on the wall and offset drains in the wetroom where water ran around the drain traveling under bathroom door and under the patient bed on the room. Craziest thing I ever saw.

Had a procedure here recently, outpatient surgery. The whole process was great. Communication ahead of time was fantastic, check in a breeze, prep was by a thoughtful and courteous nurse, doctor explained what was going to happen, and recovery a breeze. It all started and ended in the same room. The whole process was personalized, not assembly line. Most importantly, Every single one of the staff was caring. Highly recommend.

Easy check in processing at the front counter. On time for testing with minimal wait. Very clean facility. The bathrooms are well attended to in the waiting area. Hand sanitizer stations available throughout. Cordial employees and willing to assist. Ample parking with easy access to building.
