I love hospitals. ( that’s going to serve as the 1 item that you should treat as less than honest). From “hi” to “ goodbye” , I found nothing but kindness, compassion, professionalism, and comfort. For once I can say,”Less is more.” I’m was an LA, Houston, Phoenix, and Miami type fellow. And I’ve visited many hospitals in my youth as an amateur stuntman. I’d take River Falls Area Hospital over any place. Not for the building. For the staff. God bless them. I could name them , but since my experience began, as I said, at, Hi( reception) I’ll not mention 1 name for fear of leaving anyone out. They are that talented. I’ll say, “ Thanks so much. I was there for an out patient surgery. Took about 2.5 hours. I was treated great, always asked if I was okay. I got a great explanation of everything that was being done. I did my due and checked with my insurance company and the hospital so no hidden costs have come up yet. I will be back to see the great staff for my follow-up. I actually look forward to going back to this hospital.

My mother took her last breath in my arms on August 10th at 5:05 a.m. I can see all the staff through the three days I was there they're remarkable with compassion and help and care for my mother I truly appreciate the Comfort they gave my mother in her last moments

Went to the ER on New Years evening. Staff was very friendly and doctor Ellingson was very helpful and attentive. He offered us our options and explained everything well. We're very satisfied!

Major shout out to Dr Maddy! We had visited the hospital twice, prior to seeing Dr Maddy, and he took us seriously, tested and got to the root issue, and solved my wife’s problems! A small surgery later and she is feeling much better! Thank you Dr Maddy!!!
