Over the weekend we called for Riggs Ambulance to transport me to the hospital. Our house has narrow hallways and tight turns. The two paramedics, Brittany and Mel were great.they were very gentle with me and very creative in problem solving as they worked to get me out of house and into the Ambulance. I was in the ER for a long time and got to see Riggs' teams in action. They were all hard working and concerned with the people they were helping. In a hard situation Mel and Brittany helped me feel safe and secure. Merced is fortunate to have first responders to care for our community

I haven’t been to the hospital in more than 30 years and never in an ambulance, so when I had to be transferred to Modesto ca I did not know what to expect . I was so surprised when I saw my two angels carolina and kendall not only did they keep my spirits up telling me stories and laughing at little jokes along the way to keep my mind off the they got me there asap but feeling a lot more at ease . I have to say they are gems and a asset to your company with emts like them you can’t loose thank you girls thank you sincerely ,Martha 🙏💕😘

I didn’t get the names of driver/EMT but it was a male-Female duo responded to an accident on Pacheco by the auto parts in LB Saturday at around noon. They were super professional and caring. I’m hearing impaired they were so patient & understanding. A few years back I was taken to hospital with chest pains and the EMT started an IV (I’m a person hard to get blood or IV started) while rolling on a bumpy road during my panic attack! These Young EMT’s are trained & do the best job IDK what all those bad reviews are about! I’ve only had good experiences in the worst of circumstances…

Anthony was the EMT who helped my toddler to feel comfortable (see the photo of him taking her unicorns blood pressure, was absolutely adorable!). He went above and beyond. The driver crossing the lines a bit made me nervous but I also realize they're doing construction. They both went out of their way for us. Thank you both.

Craig Kelly, paramedic, and his team mate, last night /this morning were my angels to the hospital and at the hospital! Craig made sure I was always comfortable. Soothing, caring and so compassionate. <3 Thank you both. And a shout out to Greg Peterson, how you doing old mid state buddy? Congrats on your son following in Dad's footsteps! You all are awesome!
