Tess is the absolute best and most compassionate hospice nurse that I had the privilege to have my sweet grandpa under the care of. I really felt like she just understood me and my grandfather in his last days even though he was completely unconscious. She took care of me every night too. She made sure I took care of myself when I didn’t want to. I have been meaning to go in and leave an in person review for Tess and thank her for her commitment to the families she serves but the last few months have just been difficult navigating. I still intend to do so, but for now, I just would like to say that her naturalness to this skill and the nature of Tess’s character as a professional and caretaker were truly without comparison. She made probably the hardest time of my life a lot lighter just with her mere presence. Every hospital needs a Tess. Thank you Reid, and Thank you Tess.

I just want to thank Reid hospital employees for taking great care of me . Nurse James H in the ER . Nurse Traci Heiser for taking great care of me . All the drs and other nurses . All the caregivers like Jayden . So many people . The care and concern was just the best . Thank you from my heart . I felt so safe there . Thank you thank you thank you . I was in room 453 . To my nurses and drs in the ER you did excellent putting up with me ❤️ Amazing staff !!!!! God bless you all .

My stay there was very good no complaints from my time in ICU all the way to my time in there therapy department. The entire rehab team was great to work with especially Andrew he was great working with me and really enjoyed working out with him. Reid is lucky to have him. Therapy team will work you hard but at your pace. I would highly recommend doing therapy there.

I can't express how amazing this hospital and medical personnel are! My husband was referred there by our family doctor for emergency kidney stone removal. It was a long day to say the least, but everyone from triage in the ER to D Johnson and the surgical team who helped my husband. Nurse Dawn in ER, even took the time to show me where the cafeteria was and taking care of me as well! So much compassion and professionalism. I was in Reid twice in the past month for totally different issues. My doctors handled my problems extremely well. They listened to me and got me through a myriad of complicated issues. The nurses were competent, caring and always there to help. Plus the food was good.

My sister developed breathing/respiratory problems and had a growth in throat that became dangerous. Transferred to ER and ENT Dr Bawa operated on her immediately. He was fantastic in seeing her so quick. The whole Staff here are wonderful and very caring and understanding. Very professional and efficient Medical care.
