    I ,Dr RAVIKUMAR developed sudden chest pain while seeing patients in my opd and was taken immediately to PSG hospital . We were immediately received in the casualty by Dr. Krishna from medicine department who took care of every single detail - right from receiving me in a stretcher at the casualty entrance to getting an immediate cardiology opinion and shifting me to the cath lab. Within 20 minutes of reaching there I was shifted into cath lab and Dr. Prem krishna Sir did the angio and a Stent was placed in the 80 % blocked artery , saving my life. My family were all so worried, but we were completely put at ease by each and every doctor and staff there. Dr. Prem explained the angio to us in detail and was excellent in his care for me.. Icu staff who took care of me need special mention- they were very caring and ensured my comfort at all times. After getting shifted out from ICU the care given by a team of ward staff, dietician, housekeeping staff , medical assistants were very good. Insurance staff were also very kind and ensured a seamless transaction. Heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciations to PSG hospital, Dr. Bhuvaneshwar- Medical director, Dr. Prem Krishna- cardiologist , Dr. Krishna Nair- Internal medicine department, and the entire staff & team at PSG hospital for taking such good care.🙏

    My son was admitted to your hospital on "09/01/2024" at night 1'o' clock and today he has been discharged. During this time, I had a very good experience with your service. Especially, Doctor Pavai madam and Nurse Premelatha in the pediatric general ward provided excellent care for my son. Doctor Pavai madam offered moral support, while Nurse Premelatha took great care of my son and answered all my questions without hesitation. They always displayed a helpful attitude with a smiley face. I will definitely recommend your hospital to my friends and family for any future treatment needs.

    As for Cardiology, since I'm working in that department, Treatment regimen and treating Doctors are the best. We treat every patient equally with respect and provide utmost care. I would recommend my relatives, PSG as the best. I can tell people this... because I've seen them work. Overall PSG is the best... With Insurance and CM Scheme, we can provide health care for so many people.

    Dr. Vidhyakar sir from Cardiology treated my father with a special care and extra ordinary treatment, he listens to all my questions and responds very patiently with the relevant answers. He is completely dedicated to his work. My father diagnosed with extreme stage of heart failure and the doctor's critical attention saved his life. Also, i would like to appreciate Dr. Sryma Punjadath mam for her excellent diagnosis of my mother Pnewmonia and suggesting right medications with minimal ICU stay and less hospitalization.
