We drove from Langley BC to do the WABDR. I got in a Motorcycle accident and was taken to Providence Hospital at 18H30 with a badly injured right foot. On my arrival Tish and her team were just awesome. There was 4 lady nurses and a gentleman nurse with the doctor and they were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get all them names, but I just want to say you guys were all awesome. I really appreciate everything you guys have done for me and for your professionalism. You guys can come and show the Canadian hospital staff how it’s done. Anna, Tish and the other stuff, I thank you.

My 2 boys were born at this hospital and I've had nothing but amazing care and nurses help my late wife out with her delivery. I made the mistake of taking her to the dalles mcmc and she passed, I should have came here. Much higher reviews and much better care. My kids are strong and healthy and I owe it all to you guys. Thank you all for what you did to make my family as healthy and happy as possible

I delivered my baby girl here in August. I loved all the nurses especially Cristen. Lactation nurse Jennifer was amazing! She answered all my questions and never made me feel like any questions was too silly as a new mom I had a million questions haha they didn’t wheel me out when I was discharged but I was ok with that because I wanted to get off my butt haha but my mom was a little upset about it since it’s “tradition.” Dr.Kendall who delivered my baby 100% had my trust and she was my favorite OB so I’m very happy she was the one that ended up delivering my baby. Thank you Providence for giving me a great birthing experience the only thing I will say is I asked for the pastor or whatever they call them in the hospital to come and pray over my baby girl and they never sent him.

My daughter was born at this hospital in the spring 2023 and my prenatal care was amazing. I would work with multiple Dr's but I did not mind that, they were all really great and heard any concerns or questions I might have had. When it came to the night when my daughter was born, I was initially turned away due to not being dilated enough despite having strong contractions - but low and behold I returned just an hour later ready to have her. Our nurse was AMAZING at getting me through everything leading up to getting ready to push. I felt safe, supported and heard. The next round of nurses took great care of us and would check in to ask if baby or myself needed anything. We were out of there the following day before having to spend a weekend at the hospital. Thank you Providence!
I had my 1st ever visit to an ER as an adult last night, early evening. The ER doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, relaxed, unhurried and efficient. Tonya transferred me and she is just an Angel, easing my anxieties. For a hospital visit, it was a very good experience.
