Spent over one week for IBD in Parkway east. Very nicely treated, staff is as professional and competent as pleasant. I highly recommend this hospital: clean, silent, nice staff, very competent doctors, (various and good food also with 5 daily meals) 5 stars service A great thanks for everything you did for me these days Ulrich

East side food n good services nurses. If you need more food just go opposite coffeeshop Indian n Chinese western yummy. The hospital coffee at Muslim corner has best coffee. The basic single bedder is smaller room. Overall nurses are friendly n attentive throughout night. One helped aunty to buy isotonic without charging as her cramps were beyond athletic as she had clinical diarrhoea induced due to huge constipated. So make sure you eat your fruits n vegetables.

Very nice set up. On the ground floor, there are two counters - Reception and Admission. Service is prompt, staff are helpful. The Specialist Centre is accessible via two elevators on the ground floor (left from entrance, looking in). If need to use the washrooms, at the entrance turn right. The washrooms are just before the cafeteria on the left. I was pleasantly surprised to discover manually operated washlets that are similar to the automated ones in Japan. Nice! The cafetaria on the ground floor offers decent food for those in need of sustenance. The only gripe I have is the limited parking facilities. Eventhough there is a valet service, it can get quite congested and chaotic. Be forewarned.

Very friendly nurses and staffs, the food in the room is pretty nice. The registration is like hotel check in. There is guardian and cafetaria (limited options).

Read the previous reviews and was expecting the worst but decided to try to go down on a Sunday afternoon after my old aunt fell. Our first encounter was with the male nurse at triage who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. He continued to check in on my aunt throughout our visit there. The female radiologist who attended to her was also very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to get an appropriate sling for my aunt’s arm once the X-ray revealed fractures. Thank you to these stars who made the overall experience during this unfortunate situation pleasant with their care, concern and professionalism.

Was exhibiting signs of Rhabdo leading up to Sunday when I went into the A&E. Aside from a patient ahead of me who was making a ruckus, I had a very pleasant experience. The A&E doctor is an old man who is experienced and I appreciated that he allowed me to decide which tests I wanted to take so that I don’t chock up a hefty bill unnecessarily. Was told the blood test results would take 2-3hours so I paid the bill and headed home to wait. Received a call from the nurse within an hour and I rushed myself to be warded. Nurses in the A&E are friendly, professional and approachable. I was in a ward/room under 30minutes and was placed on drip (the treatment) while waiting. I love the nurses and doctors in the wards too. Thank you, Ward 4B nurses and Dr Baldev! Everyone who comes in to check on me is kept updated on my condition/progress and provides care with smiles and professionalism. This is my second time being warded here and compared to another experience I had at another private hospital, the Parkway East Hospital experience truly stands out.
