My husband was having lower chest pain while we were staying in Park City. It was our 1st time finding and going to the hospital there. I was grateful for the kindness shown to us by everyone. The examination and tests were very thorough and we were told what was suspected as the cause of his pain. It wasn't urgent but required treatment by a specialist as soon as we got home. The notes helped me understand what was going on in his body. He is fine now. Thank you.

Haven't actually received care here personally but out of 4 hospitals I called in a pinch when I needed an ostomy bag just to last me a day or two until my order supplies came they were the only ones who said they had some on hand and would gladly give me some. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and though she didn't know about whether or not they had ostomy supplies in the ER there she took the time to ask the charge nurse. She went so far as to tell me the nurses were rolling their eyes that other hospitals said they didn't have ostomy supplies on hand. I'm not convinced that the people I spoke to at the other hospitals just didn't want to deal with it

I cannot believe that this Hospital does not a five-star rating. I've been in many hospitals, myself, and with family members. And in different states. This is the best hospital that I've been in by far! The doctors and nurses are superb! So kind and courteous! And the food is restaurant quality! I know when you're in need of a hospital, especially when you're away, you're not picky. But if you're ever in the Park City area and you need a hospital, please select this one! You won't be sorry!

This hospitals staff and doctors are the best I’ve ever encountered in my 60 years! I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. And the food is Amazing. I’m Celiac and it’s hard to get gluten free food, their choices were unbelievable and tasted Amazing!

We are here on vacation from Texas and I brought in my 5 year old daughter to the ER who has a bad case of the flu and also had very high fever. The doctor, nurse and staff are wonderful. I want to thank them for taking care of my daughter. They promptly tended to her and got her the appropriate medication to get her fever down. By the time we left her fever was significantly lower than when we came in. I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone was so nice and helpful. There was no wait time and the whole process was easy. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I really feel they did a fantastic job and when we left I felt a lot better about taking my daughter back to our hotel. Both the doctor and nurse gave me a lot of helpful tips for caring for my daughter while she has the flu. They took their time to talk with me but at the same time they were very efficient with getting us in and out of the hospital which was extremely important to us since it was like 2am or something. I wish I could remember the doctors name off hand we went in 12/31 in the very early hours of the morning. The woman doctor was wonderful though. A big thanks to her! My daughter is doing a bit better now and although we have to lay low this trip I feel a lot better after getting her checked out by medical professionals. We vacation here during winter so if we ever need an emergency room in the future we will come back to this one because of our great experience. Thank you, LeeAnne (and my daughter Lillie)

Was in PC to take advantage of the extended snow season, on arrival day our 10 y/o daughter started with an exacerbated cough that turned into lethargy and a pale face. we took her O2 levels (our other children have Asthma) and they were 83% (scary low). We rushed her to the ER and were blown away with how fast we were seen, the quality of the Dr on duty (Dr. Jensen?) and our nurses (both specialty, e.g. Respiratory, and standard). We were transferred to a standard room when she stabilized and to a Pediatric Dr. (Dr. Tidwell). Again, all nurses and Dr's were incredible. Their knowledge, Patience and bedside manner were incredible. We asked A LOT of questions and they answered all of them and never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable, even when we wanted to choose alternative paths. This entire team took a very difficult situation and made the best of it, allowing us to recover and salvage an enjoyable vacation. While I hope to never return, I would willingly choose this hospital and their staff.
