I mean if you are looking a hospital with a great service then you can go here. Yesterday, I came here for the first time to treat my earache. The staffs and nurses are so friendly and super helpful, especially the indian woman that in charge for registration at level 3☺️

First time visiting a hospital in Kuala Lumpur for my ear check-up. Since I am a foreigner, cashier asked me to deposit 250 RM w/c I don't have a problem complying 😊As a google local guide, let me share a summary of my experience so far. Apologies if i did not have any pictures inside as I wasn't sure if it's permitted. 1. The environment is great, I love how friendly their hospital staffs are especially the front desk at the ground floor and 3rd level, Malay and Indians alike. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating! 2. Toilets are sparkling clean, tissue and hand wash is available. 🤩 3. Queueing system is very efficient. Everyone was patiently waiting for their turns. 4. The waiting area is not so big but the seats are very comfortable. Just remember to always give priority to PWD, pregnant women and elderly 😊 Overall, I am satisfied with the service. Keep it up!

I just want to recommend Dr Ida@gynaecologist I can say she is professional on her job and she is hard working she do attend her patients with caring smile and giving positive words each day. Once again I wanted to thank you to Dr Ida for taking care of my wife treatment during the whole week till fully recover. 🙏🏻

i’m here to share my pleasant experiences at Pantai Cheras Hospital.About a week ago, my mom was admitted to this hospital due to her kidney issues, high glucose and constant stomach pain. Every single persons in the hospital have been very helpful and attentive. We had a reasonable waiting time at Emergency till the admission. We were so thankful to be attended by Dr Ong (Kidneys Specialist). I really appreciate his approach, care, patience, and attention to ensure my mom receives good treatments & clear explanation in addressing her issues. Also not forgotten, special thanks to Dr Syed (Liver Specialist) for the consultation, frequent follow ups and to ensure my mom’s endoscopy procedure goes smoothly. Throughout my mom’s 60 years of living, this was her first time being admitted and I’m extremely glad we chose this hospital. The fact is, she had been always afraid of going to hospital, hence we were extremely pleasant with the great hospitality, expertise and professionalism this hospital is offering. I personally feel the charges are reasonable too despite them being a private. To all nurses from WAD 2A, thank you so much for taking a good care of my mom during her stay ( Room 2026) .To everyone there, keep up the good works !! This hospital is highly recommended ! 🙏
