Convenient places , nice & friendly staff. Hospital with full of nice place to eat & shop (Starbucks, Auntie Anne's, Family Mart, Pops Meal, Borders & etc). Provides advanced technologies such as PET Scan. Recommended.

did a day care admission. registration process and check in is very smooth <10 mins. nurses demonstrated good work ethics and do close follow up - even helped to call the doctor clinic to try to facilitate discharge. nurses/dr who are working at the OT are very attentive, professional & demonstrated excellent patient manners - they converse in a way that help to ease anxiety. although it was the attending dr I have chosen that landed me in this hospital but i am glad that i have a good experience with hospital management & facilities.

Excellent treatment and surgery by team of experts. Thank you Dr Wong ZQ (gastro), Dr Alex (gastro), Dr Lim (surgery), Dr David (anesth), all staffs of ward In level 4 block D. All of them took care of me well from admission to discharge. I am thankful that i was in good hands and everything went on smoothly. Never have they sighed whenever i call them for anything. Excellent food services, cleaning services. Wide range of F and B in the lobby for visitors. I am truly satisfied and a happy patient that is ready to go home today ❤️
My father just discharged today after undergoing OGDS, colonoscopy & polypectomy (fortunately is benign) by Dato’ Dr Ganesanathan and laparoscopic right hernia repair by Dr Lau Peng Choong. Previously he underwent laparoscopic left hernia repair at Pantai Melaka Ayer Keroh by Dr Lim Eng Seng on October 2019. Thankful that the procedures and this admission are also covered by Etiqa Family Takaful my father is having. Really appreciate the hospitality shown by all Pantai staffs especially Dr Azlin Julina and all the staff nurses at Level 4.
