Orem Community Hospital

The Labor and Delivery staff at Orem Community all deserve raises! I was there two weeks ago to driver my first baby and I could not have asked for better care. My plan for an unmedicated birth turned upside down when instead I was in labor for over 48 hours and ended up having an emergency c-section. But through it all, the 9 nurses that cared for me got me through it. They supported my birth plan as best as they could and were so caring and informative when plans had to change. If still in this area for the next child, I’m definitely delivering at Orem Community again.

I can’t say enough good things about this hospital and specifically Erin, the midwife who delivered my baby. This is my second delivery here and each was amazing. Calm, quiet and low-key. Nurses who listen and care. I was never convinced to do anything or pressured in any way. When I wanted to deliver naturally, my midwife literally never left my side. (I know that’s not always possible but it was a miracle for me.) this is my first review ever but I couldn’t stop thinking of how grateful I am for this hospital!

Our experience was a 5 star because of the service of our nurse Corrina. She went above and beyond to make the labor and delivery experience top notch. Could not have been more pleased with her professionalism and genuine care she so freely gave. Thanks Corrina in L&D!

I normally wouldn’t write a review for a hospital but these folks went over the top and it warmed my heart. I had a small procedure and then got this in the mail shortly after. Great staff and a wonderful process of making people comfortable

I would definitely recommend giving birth here! The staff was amazing! So kind and accommodating and personable! They truly care about their patients and are their to help them have the best experience possible and to make sure they are well taken care off. The cafe crew are also wonderful! So caring! This is a very homey hospital so you don’t feel like just a patient.

My wife delivered our baby @ Orem Community Hospital about a month ago. The caregivers there were so kind, caring, professional, and made us feel safe. The facility was comfortable, clean, easy to access with plenty of parking, and our accommodations were fantastic. My wife received exceptional care from a great team of nurses and midwives during the delivery & recovery! Our baby had to stay in the special care nursery for 6 days, and the care and attention he received from the nurses during that time was amazing! We then had to return to have his blood drawn in the lab the next few days, and the lab team was so kind and made that process quick and easy for us! Thank you Orem Community Hospital for taking care of those most important to me! I highly recommend this Hospital to others to receive care here due to the professional care, friendly approach, and convenient accessibility they provide!

I am so grateful I had my baby at this hospital 1year ago. As a health care provider myself, I can say these nurses are outstanding! Doctors Heywood and Young delivered my baby via C-section (it was planned). My experience was great! These two doctors are excellent. I had 2 C-sections previously and my experience this time was much better. They both were very careful and throughout. I wish I would have delivered my other two kids at this hospital. Every single employee treated me like family. The nurses: Christine, Meagan, Giuliana (was super pregnant) Amanda, Raiden, Nikki, and the others were amazing! Shay, who works in the cafeteria, made sure that I was eating good food😄 Shay, you rock!!! I love this place and I highly recommend it!

I love the staff at Orem Community…I’ve given birth twice and used the hospital for a CT scan, lactation consultant, and labs for myself and my babies. I’m always impressed by the staff here. The volunteer working in the gift shop today was a delightful lady who brightened our day. My two radiology helpers who completed my CT scan today were fantastic—they explained every step of the way, made sure I was comfortable throughout it, and even made some jokes to help my nerves. The employees who deliver meals to patients brightened all 6 days I spent in labor and delivery. Orem Community has wonderful staff.
