I have read all the reviews. As far as the ER. Have you been to other ER's. You wait 12,16,24 hrs. This is the best hospital. My father is in the ICU. I have never seen a hospital where they call me to give updates. They are very professional, caring empathetic .He could not be better taken care of. At first I complained about the ambulance taking so far away. Now I know it is the best place he could be .

Admitted to emergency evening of July 22, evening. While no good view of patients waiting, received quality attention with no problem. After being officially admitted, received all needed attention without excessive waits.even though overnight staff very busy. Never lacked any necessary or requested attention. Staff very courteous. Would not hesitate to use Northwest if needed in the future.

I had my gallbladder removed at this hospital yesterday. It's a same day surgery so my procedure was at 730am and I was out of there around 1230pm. Every single doctor and nurse at this location were super nice and caring. I felt so cared for before and after my procedure. They also called me this morning to check up on how I was doing.

I went to Northwest for a double hip surgery with Dr Mont. Every single person in my care team went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for. I have never had this positive of a hospital experience anywhere before. This will definitely be my go to hospital for anything in the future
I knew it wouldn't be a "quick" visit since I went on a Saturday morning, but, I was VERY pleased with the care, patience, and compassion I received from my nurse, Jazmine I believe she said her last name was Smith. She was very attentive and even with as busy as it was and as many patients she had I didn't have to wait long whenever I hit the call button had needed her. She was very kind and in my opinion went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as I possibly could and kept me in good spirits.
