I was recently a patient in this hospital. This little gem of a hospital pleasantly changed my mind about not getting good hospital care in Maine. Not only was I cared for professionally, but I was also cared for by the most caring staff of Dr's, and the nurses were exceptional with the hearts of angels! The lab was fantastic with my bad veins and did not give up! They were very gentle and caring.

A truly outstanding healthcare facility. From the moment we were registered for my scheduled same day surgery to our release later that afternoon, the entire staff was most professional and genuinely interested in my care. In short, Sebasticook Valley Hospital came highly recommended and we now know why.

I was recently a patient here and I must say, I was treated like a queen!!! The nurses and doctors were spectacular and went up and beyond with my care... wish I knew all the names, Jesse was one I do know.. had a slight southern accent?, and of course, Dr Badeen!!! Thank you all very much for the great care and compassion!!!!

Had a procedure in the OR. Dr. Fullwood was professional and personable, and the procedure went well. The nursing staff were all knowledgable and thorough with their prep, and were all incredibly friendly and helpful for any questions I had. Thank you to Morgan, Brandy, Shaylin, and both Jaime and Jamie! Sorry if I spelled any of your names incorrectly. I hope this figurative flower of appreciation can make it to you as I am thankful y’all made this experience pleasant and stress-free.

As a patient of Dr. Penney for 5+ years, I have nothing but positive experiences with her. She always has taken the time to really listen to me and thoroughly explains everything. She most often is able to see me that same day. She really considers my opinion with the utmost respect when treating me. She has been a complete godsend to my family. The kids love having her as their doctor as well. Highly recommended!
Went in for a UTI. Was checked in and treated within 1 hour, something I have NEVER experienced in any other hospital Emergency Department. Typically have waited at least 2 hours at other hospitals, and up to 6. Granted, we just moved here from New York but I was most impressed. Entire staff was professional and pleasant from registration at the front desk to the triage nurse,the provider that saw me, and the discharge nurse.
