I had a procedure here a few weeks ago, the first in my life. Everyone from the nurses to the anesthesiologists to the office staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Excellent people here all around

First day on vacation and my son fell and needed medical attention. We took him to the emergency room and received the best care. Dr Carl and Nurse Jenny we’re amazing, along with all of the staff. They brought him right in, no waiting, were thorough attentive, caring. I just don’t have enough good things to say. Im so grateful that they were there and for all they did. Thank you

I've read some of the 1 star reviews on here, but I can tell you my experience was 5 stars and it was the best and most efficient hospital experience I have ever had in my life. I'm visiting from Philadelphia and developed acute appendicitis after being in Maine for 2 days. The staff at Northern Light were extremely responsive, respectful and receptive.
I brought my daughter into the ER after a playground accident. We were put in a room within 10 min and she was promptly attended to. All the staff including the supervisor made her feel at ease and tried to make her smile. She was terrified and upset to have to receive stitches but Michael St.Louis, PAC did a wonderful job in making her comfortable during the process. Big thank you to all the staff (Lindsay RN, Zack RN, Carrie RN supervisor, Michael St.Louis PAC).
