Although we spent 5+ hours at NL emergency room recently, the time was well spent. The ER nurse and doctor both rated a 5 star! All employees were very kind and professional and also rated a 5 star. We especially want to thank the assigned ER nurse and the doctor who had multiple tests run. You know who you are!!!

I always go to inland hospital for any types of tests, procedures, needed ER visits. I’ve always received quality care from competent staff. I don’t go anywhere else unless I have to.

Took my toddler in at 430-5 am with wheezing and croup. The care was wonderful; nurses and doctors on both night and day shifts were helpful, informative, and quick to help my little one feel better fast! They allowed us to stay the room for him to power-nap afterwards since they weren't busy. Thank you, ladies, for giving me my energizer bunny back.

I have had 4 children born at Inland, and we liked it so much my sister in law drove 45 minutes to have her baby there. It may not be the newest hospital, but the maternity ward had large (comparatively) rooms, they were reasonably clean, and the staff were very helpful and kind. The wait in the ER can be a bit long at times, but I saw several bad reviews here, and I needed to post my experiences. No hospital is perfect, there will be good and bad doctor's and nurses everywhere, but my experience has been good at Inland.

Me and my fiance' came to Northern Light Inland Hospital in Waterville Maine to have his appendix taken out because he has early appendicitis. He was misdiagnosed at SVH Pittsfield hospital with the CAT scan... And has no appendicitis... Thankfully all he had was a 24 hour virus that's been going around... Not COVID... I am glad he is ok and going home....
