    I'm not sure why the hell there are so many bad reviews on this Hospital. I read them all. I am not from Tennessee but was in the area My arm was cut open really bad. They wasted no time getting me to the back, doctor came in immediately and begin his assessment and stitched my arm back together ( by the way best damn stitching I've ever seen). All the staff were really nice to me and showed they really cared. So I am not sure what the rest of yall experienced but it couldn't have been this Hospital. Thank you doc and other staff yall are wonderful!!!!

    Wrecked my bike, broke my collar bone, went to the ER. Thank you to everyone who was there. Y'all were absolutely amazing. Hopefully I won't see you again any time soon though hahaha

    Went there this past Sunday when the lawn mower cut off three of my toes. The medical staff brought me right in a room and emediatley went to work on my injuries. I had constant medical doctors and nurses helping me. I was very happy with the CARE I received at North. They prepared me for orthopaedic surgery and transported me to Jackson General for immediate surgery. There was no waiting at Jackson General because North gave Jackson General everything they needed for my surgery. I was very happy with the CARE I received at both hospitals.

    My daughter, 23, was having severe abdominal pain. We went to Jackson General and waited 3 hrs with her in pain the whole time. We decided to leave and go to Regional. Best decision. They saw her immediately, took care of business and wanted to find out why she was in pain and not just "fix" the pain, for which I am very grateful. I will say that the nurse wasn't overly friendly but honestly I just wanted to treatment. The doctor on the other hand was wonderful. He listened to our concerns and treated my daughter accordingly. I will definitely go back if we ever need to.

    Treated me and my family very well while we were suffering from Covid. Staff were very knowledgeable, considerate and polite. If I had a complaint it would be the TV not working while I was getting the infusion, but I wasn’t there to watch TV anyway.
