North Country ER was amazing. I am originally from CT and I was nervous about going to an ER I did not know. I was on vacation last week at Jay Peak and I had to go to the ER because I was not feeling and in so much pain. From the minute I walked in and had to go to registration they were so compassionate. The doctor and nurses were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable being there. They took great care of me and were very attentive. They definitely made my experience a positive one. I just want to thank everyone that night that helped me. Thank you.

My mother received the most wonderful, caring, compassionate and professional care I have seen in any hospital in Vermont! The ER was wonderful and the nurses were great. Dr. Holland was so kind. Then to 3rd floor.... Dr. Bourgeois and all the nurses, assistants, respiratory attendants were absolutely AMAZING! Thank you for taking such great care of my mother!

I was in the middle of "nowhere" in Vermont and I had to go to this emergency department. The entire staff (front desk, triage nurse, CT nurse, ICU nurse, doctor and so on!) was efficient and compassionate. I was in a lot of pain and they assessed me quickly and they were all very professional and calming. The hospital was also very clean!

My wife Fernande had a reaction to Amoxicillin antibiotic prescribed by a Massachusetts doctor. We were visiting family in Newport and went to the hospital emergency room. She was very sick and in severe pain. Dr Holland cared for her in the emergency room. She is doing better based the treatments prescribed by the doctor. The nurses and staff were excellent. We would strongly recommend the ER. Thank you for your exceptional treatment of my wife. God bless you all.

I had the opportunity to visit NCH ER three weeks ago after dislocating my left shoulder while skiing (very painful). I was greeted from the ambulance by a very caring, competent, and swift team of 3 nurses, an X-ray tech and ER Doc, Dr. Allison. This crew work very quickly and had my pain under management with-in minutes. Dr. Allison had her diagnosis spot on and reduced my dislocation and had me discharged in under an hour or so. Though a trip to an ER is never fun they did a fantastic job. Thank you all at NCH ER.

Jacob and I just our baby c section and the doctors and nursing staff in the birthing center there were some of most amazing ladies that took care of our family and newborn daughter Mackenzi Earl Marcy for four night . You ladies are amazing. thank you so so much for everything..😚
My treatment in the Emergency Room, as well as the care I received for a recent medical procedure was outstanding. My husband and I appreciate the excellent medical care we have received at North Country Hospital!
