    I would like to THANK Leon, that right my house keeper. He came into clean my room both days I was in ICU. The first day I was in bad shape. He made me feel important, and his smile and attitude was outstanding. Each day he wished me well. Outstanding employee!!! Great job Leon. I'll remember you for a lot time.     I had a bunionectomy today, 9/15, and I had the best service. From admission to Release, I had the best treatment. This is the first time I have used NEA and I was very impressed. Dr. Rowlett is a very good doctor and I am very happy that I found him as well as NEA. Everyone that we had contact with made us feel right at home and treated us like friends, not a patient. Thank you to everyone that I had contact with today, your team ROCKS!!!

    I went to the ER for my gall bladder and immediately they noticed my BP and HR and oxygen levels were not right and they were very thorough with their tests and found that I have congestive heart failure and honestly saved my life. They have given me care that has improved my quality of life and improved the function of my heart.

    I had my daughter here and I had the best nurses! They had amazing humor, was super attentive, patient and an amazing group of people to be there helping you when giving birth.

    I was transported to this hospital after being diagnosed with Necrotizing Fasciitis (flesh eating bacteria). After two surgeries, and multiple rounds of antibiotics I’m on the road to recovery. I have to give a shout out to the crew on the fourth floor that took so good care of me. Anna, Kat, Chris (nights), Donna, Courtney, Dr. Winterstern, Emily. I’m pretty sure I’m missing someone, and I apologize. You guys are awesome and I truly appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

    Wow we have had an awesome experience with this hospital. I had to have a total right knee replacement and my surgeon Dr. Jason Brandt performed the surgery for me back on July 26. Yes it is a very painful recovery process but he did an awesome job on the surgery and I am looking at being able to go back to driving my school bus in just a couple of more weeks. The hospital is so incredibly organized and everyone is friendly and has a uplifting attitude And I see Christ in everyone on the staff. So happy that we came to NEA Baptist to have the surgery done. When it comes time for my other knee this is where we will come back to. Thank you NEA Baptist for giving us outstanding customer service.
