The nurses at Level 8 Ward 8 are nice and friendly… really thankful for them in making a scary part of my life, a better experience. Their care and professionalism is very admirable. Putting hospitality in hospital which isn’t always the word that comes to mind. The meals have also been great, thank you to the chefs and crew!!

I recently delivered at Mt Elizabeth and had a really pleasant experience with the doctors, nurses, as well as the entire care team. Huge thank you to my obgyn Dr Kenneth and anaesthetist Dr Wendy for their expert care, especially when I experienced complications post-delivery and they had to open an OT in the wee hours of the morning to treat me. Thank you also to Dr Kenny for making sure my baby was doing well post-delivery. Additionally, I want to give a shout-out to Labour Ward nurses Cheng Yi, Jiawen, Pat, Albie, Gracie, Faizu (our LC nurse) and many others (wish I took down all of their names) for taking such good care of me throughout the arduous process of giving birth and post-partum recovery! One nurse even called me up after I was discharged to check in and make sure I was okay. I’d also like to commend the servers who brought food to my ward as they were really friendly and polite as well. Not to mention - the food selection was quite impressive and my husband really enjoyed his meals. It was overall an extremely seamless and comfortable experience. In summary, giving birth here is pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for!

Am impressed with the working attitudes of team of international healthcare workers here. Very tiring jobs and they are really trying their very best to perform. Am lucky to be Singaporean to enjoy such service! Am blessed 🙏🙏🙏 Concierge was so nice that she specifically requested for western styled breakfast for me after seeing me eating Chee Cheong Fun for the last few days! Really helped to boost me energy level . BTY, fresh ginger tea is readily available and nurses can warm it up anytime! Thank you so much!
