The medics are very great and treated my grandmother like their own family when taking her back home for hospice care.

I fell in my apartment on December 19, 2022. I'm 66 years old. I knew right away that I had a leg fracture, and I was very anxious and fearful. I called 911 while I was lying on the floor. Help arrived almost immediately. The first paramedic in the door knelt down beside me and said, "Hi, I'm Cody". I knew at that moment that everything was going to be OK. The EMTs were all so helpful and kind. They had to carry me down a flight of stairs to the ambulance. They were very careful and reassuring. My ride to the hospital was fast and comfortable. I am recovering at home now and doing well. I am very grateful to MEMS for their compassionate and professional caretaking and service at such a critical moment for me. You're the best--thank you!

MEMS transported me to the hospital after an awful car accident that left me very banged up - near death, really. They performed Advanced Life Support for me, I vaguely recall the paramedic asking me questions about myself to keep me awake. I thank him for that. That was a year ago, Im healed, alive and well now partially thanks to their care! The experience made me consider becoming an EMT myself to help others. I received a $1,400 bill but even if insurance didn’t cover the bulk of it, I would’ve paid it 100x over because they saved my life!

A friend of mine was released from the hospital and we could not get him into his home so the North Little Rock Mems was called and showed up and successfully got him in the house and comfortably into bed. Thank you very very much. Y'all are all good people.
