Mercy Hospital

Coming here from Austin Texas, I expected the same type of delays, problems getting an appointment and waiting weeks for any test results from even the simplest procedures. I have been thoroughly impressed by the ease in getting appointments at Mercy, their rapid response to my questions and their friendly and efficient staff. Their patient portal is easy to maneuver and you receive a response either the same day or within 24 hrs. I would HIGHLY recommend Mercy. My doctor is Dr. Harrington and I couldn't have gotten a better doctor.

I am usually treated like family when I go to any Mercy facility. This time was no different. The front check in counter was very friendly and efficient. The lab tech, Oliver, came out and got me and was very compassionate and friendly. He explained what I was to do to get ready for the MRI. He then took me back to where the test would be done and was very gentle and thorough in explaining what he would be doing and the noise and offered to give me a headset and turned on music for me. He checked on me to make sure I was doing alright once I was in the machine. I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. I could not ask for any better care.

I went for my second colonoscopy in almost 3 years both with Mercy and the making appt. and all the steps leading up to prep are easy. Mercy keeps you informed or call and ask questions. The prep part is the worst but it is important for your health to get a clonoscopy it can save your life. The procedure it’s self is easy and fast. The Mercy team have a great system and anwser your questions so ask them. By the time they wheel you in, you are waking up being wheeled out. It is fast. Everyone from front desk check in and your nurse is caring, compassionate and professional. They know it’s not a fun procedure but an important one. Go get your colonoscopy and I reccommend Mercy Hospital in Rogers for everything.

Mercy is the best medical facility I've ever been. Their staff are always empathetic and friendly. The hospital environment is always very clean with clear directions. Dealing with health challenges is depressing enough but being with people that brighten up your day makes a great difference. I would recommend Mercy Hospital to any one who wants to have an amazing hospital experience.

I trust Dr. Benson and his team completely. They are always compassionate and understanding. When someone is injecting into your spinal cord area, you need someone you can trust and the team at Mercy Pain Management in Bentonville and Dr. Benson are the best!

Awesome staff... they will park your car for you, greet you warmly, and escort you to you room. It is also a safe hospital. Staff have always been very friendly, professional, and helpful. Not uncommon to see people comforting each other in the hospital with prayer. A great spirit lives at Mercy! Nurses and physicians are highly skilled but are very down to earth and comforting to everyone who comes to the hospital.

If you are considering giving birth at Mercy, do it! My stay was much longer than anticipated, and every nurse and doctor that saw me during my stay was phenomenal. I cannot brag enough on the labor and delivery nurses who were by my side every hour! Another big bonus, the waiting room on the 5th floor is secure and large. There is plenty of room for families to comfortably wait for birth.
