I call in emergency departments for a major drug company, selling antibiotics. I can say that Martinsville ED has some of the best medical professionals I have ever dealt with. They are very knowledgeable and will always do the right thing for you. Also the pharmacy here will back them up as the pharmacy director puts patients first always. She is one of the most dedicated pharmacists I call on in regards to what the patient needs.

Went into the Emergency Room three times in a week, and never waited more than 45 mins to an hour. Two of the visits I went straight to the back no wait at all.. Doctors and staff are very friendly, professional, and know what there talking about. Best ER I've ever been too.

My mother went to the ER today and the experience with the medical team was exceptional. Dr. Josh PA and Megan RN were outstanding. Even though I was not there physically, they made sure I was kept informed and allowed me to be in the conference call and be part of the decision making. In addition they kept me up to date with the diagnostic test outcomes. This is truly a patient centric care hospital and an example for us all. Thank you Memorial Hospital of Martinsville & Henry County for Dr. Josh and Megan. We are beyond blessed. Kind regards Dr. Clishia Taylor, DMIN, MBA, RN

I went to the ER there twice. Although the ER is never fun, a PA named Josh and a nurse named Brittany were awesome! They were both helpful, delightful and made the pin agonizing hours of your stay enjoyable.
