I visited the ER for the first time last week and found them to be extremely fast and efficient compared to hospitals in the northern Virginia area. The staff were very pleasant to interact with and were nice enough to review discharge documentation with me page by page vs referring me to read or process it all online. Shout out to Gary, Blake H., Keith, Kayla, and all the others whom I had the pleasure of interacting with.

The staff was very professional, fast and helpful. The Doctor that saw me was awesome and would definitely trust him with my health care in the future. This is an edit.... I originally gave a one star but meant to give a five star review.

I want to give a special thanks to ICU nurse Liz with the sleeve tattoos. You were so very caring and helpful to my Dad while you were his nurse. My family and I appreciate it so very much, you always put a smile on his face and made us feel at ease. You felt like family. Thank you Liz!

From the time we walked into the ER until the time we left (2-1/2 hours later), the rock star staff did a wonderful job meeting the needs of my son. The front desk team, Amanda in Triage, Melissa the PA, and Stephanie the respiratory therapist all took great care of my asthmatic kiddo and saw him quickly, so that he left breathing much easier than he had coming in!
My daughter broke her leg while playing on the trampoline. The ER staff were fast and efficient with the limited staff they had. We were able to get an XRay before even getting pulled back into a room. They saw it was broken and we were brought back immediately. She screamed in pain with any movement, they gave her stronger medication which helped when they had to apply the splint. So grateful for all the staff and this ER!
