Med-Care Ambulance Service is the primary provider of emergency medical services for the majority of Oxford County, delivering critical medical response to several towns in both Oxford and Franklin Counties. The governing body is a Board of Directors with representatives from all eleven towns, while Finance and Personnel Committees, consisting of current Board Members, assist with ongoing budgetary and personnel processes throughout the year.
