My mom is here getting knee surgery, and the hospital, staff, and everything overall has been a fantastic experience. Having worked in the healthcare field for many years and in hospitals, this has been a great eye opener since Covid. Since customer service, empathy, and overall experience everywhere else seems non-existent, it definitely made me feel hopeful again in the healthcare system. The staff has been absolutely wonderful, the hospital is very well maintained and clean, and I am just beyond impressed! Thank you, Mayo Clinic!

Beautiful, modern hospital, with stunning landscaping and an attentive, professional staff. Having an access to this world-class facility at the doorsteps of one's residence is a privilege.

I’ve had nothing but superb care at Mayo Clinic Hospital. Everything from surgery to post care has been world class! Mayo Clinic has an interview process before accepting new patients. Room service menu is decent with many choices including vegan and vegetarian options. Most rooms are private. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere, this is where you need to have your surgery.

Mayo has been outstanding from start to finish. After a terrible situation regarding surgery with another hospital, I decided to go through Mayo and could not be happier. Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly, helpful, and made me feel safe and cared for. The outpatient follow up care has been fantastic. Surgery is never fun for anyone, and I could not have asked for a better experience.

So grateful for everyone at Mayo Clinic. My mother received her kidney transplant in July and everyone associated with the hospital are amazing, beautiful souls. Excellent facilities, wheelchair accessible, the place really gives you hope.

The experience i am having with this hospital is very exceptional. The staff is very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. All of the rooms we've been in are spacious and convenient. We are also impressed with the lack of other patients. It feels like we're the only ones here by design i assume.

I would like to thank everyone who took care of my mother while her stay at the hospital we weren't expecting to stay. But she became an inpatient and well the nurses and Dr's were so great, especially the nurses that took care of her needs. I want to thank the nurses on 3E especially to Cailin(day shift) and Kristen(night shift) they were very caring. They would also ask if I needed anything made me feel comfortable while being with my mom. Very very helpful, kind and warm hearted! I hope they get recognized for their kindness and hard work!
