    I have appendicitis, went to emergency, waiting a little bid long and so painful, but doctors and nurses was so helpful, and did whatever they could to to help me go through the pain, give me 3 shot 3 times pain relief and have the surgery done the same day. I really appreciate what they did for me. I can give them 10 stars if i could. Thank God and all doctors and nurses and all staff, they are truly guidance Angeles

    Excellent hospital, if I could go back in time and have my appendix removed again I totally would. The hospital was quick, clean, efficient, and the night nurses were allot of fun. 10 out of 10. I’m confused why the rating here isn’t five stars. You mainers should visit my cities hospital, st joes in my city put people through heck. Maine general gave me my own very clean room with 24 hour service.

    ER diagnosed my husband correctly and sent him to surgery. WCGH ER had sent him home with muscle relaxers.

    From the time I entered the hospital for out patient surgery I couldn't ask for better service. Everyone I met went above and beyond, from the volunteers at the front to my physician (Dr Glidden), everyone was very busy and backed up. However, they all kept me informed at all stages, and a special thank you to Nurse Rhonda, for keeping me conforted.

    My wife and I have been patients at Maine General a number of times over the past 15 years. We have always been treated in a professional and caring manner by the doctors, nurses and staff. Maine is lucky to have this assembly of extremely caring and skilled professionals ready to attend to its medical needs. Even in the time of the COVID crisis the team has not let that stress affect patient care. My wife and I will always be grateful to their caring ways

    My experiences with Alfond Center's OB/GYN office and labor and delivery were exceptional. The service, care and quality we found at Alfond was such a huge relief after the horrible time we had with my first baby at Inland in Waterville. The hospital campus is extremely clean, modern and offers many spaces to feel relaxed. The cafeteria and cafe were amazing. Most importantly, the nurses and doctors in the labor and delivery unit were some of the kindest, most open and communicative I've ever met
