I was treated today for a torn calf muscle in the surf at Yamba. Kristi, Kate and Dr Aye Aye were so caring and professional but most of all lovely people. We were on our last day of our holiday so not a great way to end it but the care I received was nothing short of first class. Thank you what a great team. Kind Regards Brett Pearce

We came to see a docter. We went to the emergency room and within 5 minutes had the triage. After the triage we could see a doctor. Within 20 minutes we were out with medication. Best of all it was free because they have some agreement with the Netherlands. Thank you for the good care :)

Massive gratitude to the caring doctors and nurses in Emergency and in the ward where I spent 3 nights. I had severely burnt my hand and 5 weeks later it is mending with no need for a skin graft. The professionalism and personal care was amazing from pulling across a curtain at night so as we could sleep a little better to the regular checks at each dressing with Brisbane Burns unit.Thank you all so much and I marvel at what a lucky population we are in Australia to have such a health care system. May more funding be directed to this vital inclusive service and its staff. Mary-Claire McLean

Had the need (unfortunately) to go to Maclean Hosp. I was seen within 30mins by Triage nurse, put straight through to Emergency & treated by a lovely Dr (R) & nurses (L & H), cannot fault them. All other staff were great. Cannot forget the ultrasound/radiographer..so caring & considerate. My acute pain issue sorted within a few hrs. Wonderful people, I am so thankful to them.
