I have been using Lentor Ambulance services for a few months now, for my father's medical appointments at TTSH. Their rates are very affordable, the medics are very efficient and professional. Very responsible

I recently used Lentor to transport my 80-odd year old mother from her flat in Singapore to the Malaysian Checkpoint. Although it cost a lot more than a normal one-way ambulance ride but I think the cost was well worth it because this transfer from Singapore to Malaysia would not have been possible without the advice and patience of Lentor's operations manager, Simon. Following Simon's advice, I was able to get the necessary approvals to get my mother across to the Malaysian Checkpoint where Lentor transferred her to a Malaysian ambulance company that I had engaged to receive my mother and take her through the immigration and MOH Health Screening and paperwork. Simon and his team were very attentive and kept me updated at all times, from the time they picked my mother up at the flat to the point when they went through Woodlands ICA Checkpoint to the time when they handed her to the Malaysian ambulance company. I really appreciate the attention to detail that Simon and his team gave to this job and the care and understanding that Simon's team gave to my mother. I cannot thank Simon enough for his help, advice and most of all, patience. I strongly recommend Lentor and would suggest that anyone that needs a less than usual ambulance service to speak with Simon directly. He was very polite, patient and knowledgeable.
