Went to the ER cuz of my sprained ankle and got treated with consultation, x ray meds and all within 1 hr. Staff was lovely, and were compassionate when treating me. Just that the total bill was 500+ š but i guess the money was worth it considering the immense pain i was going through. Thanks all you healthcare workers. God bless šš¼

I dropped by the ED on Tuesday 1/8/2023 due to abdominal pain on my right side plus vomit. Waiting time for them to call me to see the MA a bit long. After my turn to see MA they suggest me to do CT Scan and warded because from the outside they wont know what happen. At first they requested to wait outside at the chair near the admission counter. As i was in so much pain i cannot sit on chair anymore and ask to be in the ED bed. They manage to get me the bed In the mean time the staff said Dr Hashim will be incharged of me since i dont have any designated doctor before. This is my 1st time warded in hospital. Dr Hashim was kind enough throughout the CT Scan procedure. Getting back at ED and still need to wait to be sent to ward. I was admiited to ward Azalea 9151. Luckily the CT Scan Result was clear and my pain slowly subside since the doctor prescribed me with painkiller. I was diagnosed with cystasis due to food poisoning. My respond to the medicine quit good and should be able to discharge on Thursday 3/8/2023 if no problem arise. Unfortunately, i was having an asthma attack since 7am.. The nurses was kind and very faster to make decisions to call another doctor since Dr Hashim is not yet arrive and not his forte. So they assigned me to Dr Tengku. This was my 2nd time having this kind of asthma attack due to phlegm within a week. Its harder to breath since the phlegm is blocking. Dr Tengku fast decision and subcribed me with neb as fast after the diognasis with other medicine too. Toward lunch time my asthma subside and only left with coughing and phlegm with blocked nosed too. Of course news on going with medicine too. During the night Dr Hashim drop by the ward and give greenlight for me to discharge tomorrow. The next morning Dr Tengku allow me to dicharge but i still need to wait for Dr.Hashim Ccearance. Nearing lunch time on Friday 4/8/2023 Dr Hashim allow me to discharge. He was kind enough to ask me if i'm staying alone,maybe because he sees nobody with me throughout the time. My family cant visit me that week as they were in Pahang. He is bit worried since i have asthma and staying alone and ask to come if the abdominal pain come again. Though waiting time to discharge is a bit long within 4 hours time frame. Maybe need to improve more on the discharge procedure since the patient need to come to counter by themselve. To both doctors I am really appreciate your treatment to me siring this 4 days. This is my first time warded in hospital in 35 years of my life. Luckily the experience was not bad. Dr. Patricia is my gynae for my 2nd pregnancy. She's popular, hence try to reach early on Sat morning for checkup (first come first serve basis). She's experienced, detailed and patient in answering all my questions. Safely delivered my 2nd child at kpj tawakkal. Reasonable pricing for private hospital. Strongly recommend, good service and smooth admission/discharge. Only downside is the hospital is a bit old.

Got my appendix removed here. Good surgeons. Their room is comfy and big. Staff 24/7 ready to help. That one time I asked for a pillow when i woke up after the surgery. I think i went here at 3AM because my stomach hurt as hell. My father drove me there. I love my old man. That was 5 years ago.

7 years ago, December 2013 I was admitted to this very same hospital and attended by Dr Chan. Still remember how he cares for me as a patient. Last Sunday I was admitted again for the same problem and requested the same doctor. But was informed that he is no longer attending patients.. Glad to know you had moved up to be the Medical Director Dr Chan! You truly deserves it! Hope our path will cross soon.
Went in for scheduled D&C on 19/8/2022 as early as 7.15 cos Iām a good patient who listens to her doctor. Got admitted into day ward at 8.15, changed into hospital gown and wheeled into OT at 8.40. At 8.50 already under GA. At 9.20 back at observation bay. At 9.30 already resting back in day ward. Discharged at around 4.00pm. Refunded on the spot. All under the care of the amazing and corteous Dr. Foong and Dr. Hakim (anaest). Iām forever indebted to them for this painless and smooth procedure. Despite losing early in the pregnancy, this has been a memorable experience for both my husband and I. Dr. Foong made it memorable for us. Thank u Dr.!
