Hands down the best hospital visit I’ve ever endured. Great facility, smart and friendly staff. Attentive and caring nurses, and Dr. Randil Clark is a Titan among surgeons! Ten stars would be more appropriate!

I was feeling sick and went in, the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and nice. They checked my insurance so I had no worries. I was seen within an hour, and treated for a sinus infection. So happy with Justin and all the staff!

I highly recommend Dr Abby Gardner with Kootenai Clinic in Post Falls. She is a doctor who truely cares about her patients. She is professional but listens and explains whenever i have questions. I do feel that she is knowledgeable and confidently guides me to a healthier life. I do recommend Dr Abby Gardner.

The staff in this hospital is amazing and attentive despite being crazy busy. Could definitely use lower staff/patient ratios but the staff is very caring and will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

I found Kootenai Health due to a workers compensation injury. They were on of the few facilities I could find that would accept out of state insurance. The staff was fantastic, efficient and friendly. Dr. McGowan was very informative and explained everything so a layman could understand it. My procedure went as planned and the recovery was just as the doctor told me it would be. I would not hesitate to go there for any reason.

I just got home from Hernia surgery by 'Dr May. The surgery went well as far as I can tell. At least the pain is all gone and I feel fine. But the thing that was very impressive was the quality of care provided by the nurses from the time I went into the hospital until the time wthe rolled me out the entrance to my waiting car for my ride home. Those young ladies anticipated my every need or responded to my every request. They were attentive and always very pleasant company. Thank you ladies. Cecil Hathaway

I really appreciate the staff, they made my trip to the clinic easy and comfortable. I was there for a post accident drug/alcohol screening for a motor vehicle accident caused by another motorist. So needless to say I wasn't in the best mood when I got there, McKenzie (sp) the CMA I had was wonderful, her positive attitude kept me in a good mood and not focusing on my frustration with why I was there. I really appreciate all of the staff I worked with, they were very comforting, inviting, and professional. next time another motorist intentionally pulls in front of my dump truck causing an accident I will definitely request Kootenai Clinic for my post incident drug screening :)
