Government or Public health clinic located in 2nd floor of Rampai Business Park. Easy to find and limited parking space at the basement with hourly fee. It is crowded most of the time and waiting period could be at least 2 hours or more. Doctors and staff are considerably good.

Never had any bad encounter here. But the paperwork takes so much longer!! I had to wait 30 minutes to see my doctor eventho i came early and other patients cut the line bcs the nurses forgot my card. Not to mention if u have to set a follow up appointment, it will be more longer to wait in front room 14/15 ugh it just took forever

The security guard instructed me to go to the wrong section. So i had to queue for quite a while just for the nurse to tell me that im at the wrong place. So make sure you let the security guard knows what you need. He maybe misunderstood me. The dr visit was smooth. The nurses and d dr was so nice. Dr nuur shahadah reallly give a good advice on what to do if i get positive in covid test. Something that i don't knowbefore. She also prescribe good medicine for my terrible headache.

Despite bad reviews given by others, my wife and I never encountered any bad experience especially for monthly buku pink sessions. Ofc for government clinic, we can expect the staff is going to be busy and also crowded. However, the staff still manage to treat us properly (note: not the best treatment but still okay for a KK).

Been receiving treatment here for years....can't blame if waiting time is a bit longer coz always full of patients... nevertheless the support staffs, the nurses and the doctors (majorities female and young doctor) did a wonderful job...

Friendly, helpful doctors and staff. Exemplary klinik kesihatan for others. Long wait inevitably due to large number of patients.
