Had my surgery here for an uncommon condition. The nurses, doctors, and administratice staff were all extremely helpful every step of the way. My stay was wonderful and I the care was warm and uninterrupted. Even weeks after my surgery, when I went to patient services for a paperwork issue, they went the extra mile to make sure things worked for me and even contacted up later when they found they could help further. Very happy, and thank you to all the staff who supported me through this difficult time.

Great hospital with a large amount of facilities. Remember it used to be much smaller just a few years ago. The nurses here were very polite and made it a pleasant visit for me. The infrastructure here is exquisite as well; there is a lot of greenery in the area, and the lake nearby boasts great views. Small fishponds are also present.

Very huge hospital at Yishun area. There are few towers of the hospital. Adequate outdoor space at the hospital for sitting down waiting with many food stalls as well. I didn't visit for medical purpose, just for browsing around. Queue were seen at pharmacy area for prescription medicine till outside.

I just want to give a shout-out to the KTPH dental day surgery team for my wisdom tooth removal. I have zero pain tolerant and because of this, I opted for full GA to extract all 4 wisdom tooth in one procedure. This seemed like the best option as my lower teeth were impacted so there is possibility of gum incision, and I really prefer not to be conscious when that happens. I did my surgery on 22 Sep and I was really nervous. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospital team as they are efficient and fully competent in walking through the process with me. This includes the wait time, financials and assigning me to a bed. I really wish I could mention the attending staff here but unfortunately I was too nervous to read their tags. I would like to show my thanks here for my 2 attending doctor. Dr Eugene Poh was my dentist and he was professional and patient to walk me through the entire process. He is also extremely skilled as he did not need to cut my gum at all to extract my lower teeth. This resulted in a nice and fast healing and there was also no swelling of my cheeks. The other was the GA doc whom I interacted with just before the surgery. I told him I was extremely scared of needles and hence, he prepared me before inserting the tube. He did it really quickly and I was super thankful it went so well. Unfortunately, I couldn't catch his name. Thanks again KTPH, u have a wonderful team.
I was there to accompany my parent to A&E. It took us 7-8 hours to complete all checks, and only patient was allowed in the treatment room. Despite that, there are plenty of things to do/enjoy such as walk around Yishun pond or sit, relax and drink coffee
