I would like to compliment this ambulance service. Although there’s a little hiccups this morning, Adan attended to me attentively and resolved it very quickly. Anuar also apologized to my dad first thing when he saw him. Although I sounded a little impatient on the phone, they still rectified the issues quickly. They were very considerate when I told them about my dad’s condition, handling him in the best comfortable manner. Coming back home was attended by Chris and Tiara. They actually waited patiently when my dad is not ready yet. I actually felt so bad for making them wait, but they kept reassuring me that it’s alright. It made me feel less anxious. Upon reaching home, my dad requested to be seated on the geriatric chair and they both helped to transfer my dad in a careful and comfortable manner too. Chris even offered to help me when he saw me trying to handle the ramp. Jay also updated me promptly and kept in touch with me in order to assist in helping, so as to ensure that the ambulance will be ready for us. Overall, I’m happy with all their attentiveness and thoughtfulness. Great service rendered. Reasonable pricing too. Keep it up. Thank you
