The Emergency Services have improved, I only waited less than 40 minutes and they were treated very well, they explained wonderfully what I had to do. Years ago it was hell to go to the emergency room, the facilities are more modern and you are more comfortable waiting.

Two days in the trauma area, operating room and room, unbeatable treatment from guards, assistants, nurses and doctors.
